RATES:

Labor rates are PER WORKER:

Maintenance work: $35.00/hr.

Pruning: $35.00

Installation Planting: $40.00/hr.

Installation Stone or Pond work: $45.00/hr.

Design: $ 50.00/hr.

Debris removal: Dump fees charged + time to transport

All fees payable upon completion of work. A 10% late fee will be applied at our discretion to any account over 15 days.

BILLING

We try to invoice using email as much as possible. If you do not have an email address or an internet connection we will bill using the mail.

SCHEDULING:

We have a fixed maintenance schedule with time each month for projects and usually book out a month or more in advance. For a spring or fall project please call early to reserve time in these important planting seasons.

DEPOSITS:

A Deposit for the estimated cost of materials is required if estimate calls for over $100.00 in materials and must be received before the date the job is scheduled to begin.

Guarantees:

Plant material provided by Box of Rain is conditionally guaranteed for three months after installation. Plants that were neglected or improperly tended will not be replaced.

ORGANIC GARDENING POLICY

We do organic gardening only.

Which means that we will not employ the use of any dangerous chemicals in the garden....ever!

We will, however, use organic methods to treat pests and disease ; including integrated pest management techniques, non - toxic solutions and proper management of the garden.
